The heart behind the program
My journey into this field began long before I ever coached a client. It began at home. My father was diagnosed with a severe liver disease, and the prognosis wasn’t good. He began researching everything—nutrition, metabolism, disease management, and food science.
My father spoke to doctors, specialists, and anyone who could help explain and suggest what food could do for the body.
And then my father changed his diet. Slowly, cautiously, consistently. And he saw results no one predicted. He didn’t just stabilize. He lived far longer than anyone expected.
That moment reshaped the entire trajectory of my life. It showed me that food is not the enemy. It’s one of the greatest tools we have for healing.
This is why I coach the way I do—with structure, compassion, empathy, accountability, and zero judgment. With a B.A. in Psychology and Early Childhood Education from Douglass College / Rutgers University and Counseling training at NYU, a Certificate from Hofstra University in Personal Training, I’ve developed a method that is both emotionally supportive and deeply practical. It works in real life, not just on paper.
Over the past two decades, I’ve helped hundreds of people lose weight, stabilize medical conditions, break emotional eating cycles, and rebuild their confidence. Teens, adults, seniors—people from every stage of life and every kind of story. Together, they’ve lost thousands of pounds and gained something far more meaningful: their control, their confidence, and their joy.
